On Saturday, October 17 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, Camp Miniwanca is hosting the Tree Party at Camp Miniwanca, a free community celebration open to everyone. The afternoon will include food and drinks, guided hikes through the property, lawn games, and a chance to connect with the partners who have made this work possible.

Our Tech Math students recently put their probability skills to the test by creating their very own probability games!
Students had to incorporate the probability concepts we’ve been learning in class while designing games that were not only fun to play, but also fair and easy to understand. They also had the challenge of writing clear, concise rules and instructions so their classmates could jump right in and play!
From designing the games to testing the outcomes, our students got to see how probability works and of course, have a little fun along the way! 🎲🃏🎯

Attention Seniors and Senior Parents! Jostens met with the class of 2027 today and shared the order information for all things graduation. Ordering a "Cap and Gown Unit" is mandatory to walk at graduation and the deadline for all Jostens orders is Wednesday September 23rd. Please note that Jostens offers MANY Senior products, but the ONLY REQUIRED Purchase is the "Cap and Gown Unit" as seen in this picture and should only cost $45. Ms. Baker will be posting a video to help anyone having issues with the ordering process in the Class of 2026 ROAR google classroom (ask your senior to see this). Orders can be done online at Jostens.com or order forms can be sent back with your student on September 23rd to be given to the Jostens Representative. If you are collecting as a guardian on behalf of someone else, there must be an adult in the vehicle for each family. Two families equals two adults in the vehicle. You will get seven breakfasts and seven lunches, along with freshly picked sweet corn, locally processed apple cider, Country dairy half-gallon milk, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, strawberries, and blueberries.

Forty-Five percent of teens feel overwhelmed by the constant need to check their cell phones. Students are at a higher risk for depression when using social media and are at 2 times a greater risk for developing mental health problems. Please work with you student to ensure they have a great, healthy learning experience by having them keep their phones in their lockers during the day or locked in their vehicles. Go Tigers.
